What is R² Royalty?
R² Royalty is a new system for gaining experience (Royal Points) through every Recharge. It is based on the existing VIP system and includes three levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each Royalty level has different rewards and exclusive services. You can find more information on the R² Royalty page.

Can I become a Gold Royal or Platinum Royal directly? Or do I need to be promoted level by level?
The recharge amount from January 1st, 2019 to the present time can be converted into Royal Points. As long as your Royal Points reach the requirements, you can become the corresponding Royal level directly and enjoy the corresponding privileges.

Will Gold Royal privileges include Silver Royal privileges? Will Platinum Royal privileges include Gold Royal privileges?
Yes, higher-level privileges include all privileges from the lower levels.

How can I upgrade my Royalty level?
Silver Royal requires 500 Royal Points. Gold Royal requires 2000 Royal Points. Platinum Royal requires 5000 Royal Points.

How to obtain Royal Points?
1 Royal Point =1 U.S. dollar or equivalent currency (calculated based on the original price). Obtain 500 Royal Points to become an R² Royalty member. Royal Points will be calculated from 0:00 EST on January 1st, 2019.

Will Royal Points be cleared at some point?
No, Royal Points won’t expire and won’t be cleared.

Where can I recharge to obtain Royal Points?
All money spent on R2 Games (calculated based on the original price) will contribute towards your Royal Points.

Can I only get gift packs for games that I have recharged in? Or can I get the gift packs of games that I haven't recharged before?
You can get gift packs for any game in the Royal Hall - even if you have never recharged on that game before.

Will all games have R² Royalty packs?
Not all games have gift packs. Check which ones have them in the Royal Hall.

How to redeem the code after receiving it?
After receiving the code, you need to redeem it in the game. Please, check the redemption process published on the official website of each game. (Click CODE REDEMPTION)

Will the chance to receive the Royal Treasury be refreshed? Or can I only receive it 20 times in total?
Currently players can only claim it 20 times in total. We will continue to update and adjust the system, so stay tuned.

Can I redeem all Royal Treasury at once?
You will get 1 Royal Treasury attempt for every 500 Royal Points earned. You can save them up, or use them individually - the choice is yours. They will not expire.

Does the German or French platforms have R² Royalty? Why can't I see it on the German and French platforms?
The R² Royalty on the German and French platforms is still under development. But if the game you play can also be found on the English platform, and you only switch the language in game (such as Firestone, League of Angels II and Game of Thrones), then you can receive the code on the English platform and use it normally in game.
